Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused
Leasing Professional
to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. This full‑time, on‑site role plays a key part in driving occupancy, building strong resident relationships, and delivering an exceptional leasing experience from first tour to move‑in and beyond.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales‑driven, and passionate about customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property tours and effectively showcase available units
Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move‑in
Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate lease administration
Maintain strong communication with residents and prospective tenants
Address customer service inquiries promptly and professionally
Support resident retention initiatives
Maintain organized and accurate leasing records
Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Qualifications
Experience in resident retention and customer service
Knowledge of lease agreements and lease administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous property management experience preferred
