Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Oklahoma City, OK for a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties, coordinating lease administration, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include responding to tenant inquiries, managing lease agreements, assisting with resident retention efforts, and ensuring compliance with leasing policies and procedures. The Leasing Professional will play a key role in maintaining strong tenant relationships and contributing to property management success.
Qualifications
Strong skills in lease administration and understanding of leases
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and foster resident retention
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with property management systems and processes is a plus
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in leasing or property management is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in a related field is a plus
