Shift: Thursday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Range: $16/hr to $18/hr

General Function The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering information from images or physical documents based on specific client instructions. All data entered must meet high accuracy standards and successfully pass system edits and quality checks.
Major Responsibilities
Utilize full keyboard and numeric keypad for data entry
Enter data in accordance with on-screen prompts and client guidelines
Identify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions
Complete all assigned tasks by client-specified deadlines
Report any computer system issues promptly
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in PC use and basic data processing concepts
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Team player with strong communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to new processes and automated systems
Ability to identify and resolve errors made by processors or remitters
Comfortable handling high volumes of work with consistency
Good hand-eye coordination
Logical problem-solving skills
Ability to consistently meet or exceed production standards
General understanding of lockbox operations preferred
