$19/hr to $20/hr
Shift:
11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Thursday night - Monday night)
Position Overview
The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently keying information from images or original documents according to customer instructions.
This role requires high attention to detail, speed, and the ability to meet strict production and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
Use full keyboard and numeric keypad to enter data
Key information from scanned images or source documents
Follow customer instructions and screen prompts accurately
Identify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions
Meet all customer-specified deadlines
Maintain high production and accuracy standards
Communicate system or technical issues promptly
Perform additional duties as assigned
