Responsibilities for a Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to:

Addressing issues in production proactively and handling complex client escalations

Prioritizing and organizing work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity

Monitoring and reviewing documentation requirements and leveraging reporting tools

Accurately entering data, assembling documents, and executing policies/procedures related to document management

Communicating and escalating issues such as system problems, inaccurate information, or out-of-balance transactions

Candidates for the Data Entry Clerk role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Previous Data Entry experience, including full keyboard and 10‑key numeric keypad

Ability to accurately key information while adhering to SLA deadlines

Experience performing work across multiple workstreams, systems, or production environments

Ability to handle client escalations and resolve inquiries professionally

Familiarity with lockbox products (especially healthcare) and/or medical terminology preferred

Shift: Thursday – Monday; 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Assignment Length: 12‑Month Assignment

Pay Details: 19.80 per hour
