CommanderAI is building the go-to revenue engine for the $100B+ waste and recycling industry. We help haulers find, win, and keep more business using AI-driven data, automation, and a sales workflow built specifically for this market.
We are looking for a high-impact, highly organized Customer Success Lead to join us onsite at our corporate office in Marina Del Rey, CA. You will own the full post-sale stack—from implementation strategy to long-term retention—focused entirely on the B2B landscape. You aren’t just managing a launch; you are building the success engine that ensures our technology becomes the operational backbone for a massive, essential industry.
What you’ll do
Architect the Success Playbook:
Design and scale the end-to-end customer journey, from high-touch technical onboarding to long-term strategic partnership.
Drive Immediate Time-to-Value:
Lead complex implementations for waste haulers and dealers, translating AI-driven features into practical, real-world workflows that drive revenue from day one.
Own Retention & Health:
Monitor product usage and customer engagement metrics. Proactively identify at‑risk accounts and deploy intervention strategies to eliminate churn.
Voice of the Customer:
Act as a bridge between our clients and the Product & Engineering teams, relaying feedback and feature requests to help shape our roadmap.
Expansion & Advocacy:
Identify opportunities for upsells and account expansion by deeply understanding the evolving needs of each hauler's business.
Lead Training & Enablement:
Facilitate live training for frontline reps and advisory sessions for executives, turning complex AI tech into simplified, high‑ROI outcomes.
What you’ve done
Experience:
2+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, specifically in Customer Success or Implementation.
Startup DNA:
You have a track record of building processes where none existed and thrive in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
Data-Driven:
You are comfortable navigating CRMs and using data to forecast customer health and renewal risk.
Master Communicator:
You can command a room, whether training a field-based sales team or advising a C-level executive.
