CommanderAI, California, MO, United States
CommanderAI is building the go-to revenue engine for the $100B waste and recycling industry. We help haulers find, win, and keep more business using AI-driven data, automation, and a sales workflow built specifically for this market.
We are looking for a high-impact Performance Marketing Specialist with 2 years of experience to join us onsite at our corporate office in Marina Del Rey, CA. You will own the full marketing stack – from strategy to execution – focused entirely on the B2B landscape. You aren’t just managing a brand; you are building the demand engine that fuels our sales pipeline and defines a new category in a massive, essential industry.
What you’ll do
Architect the Demand Engine:
Design and optimize the full B2B funnel – from SEO, SEM, and PPC lead acquisition to customer expansion – identifying and removing friction points. Lead Rapid Experimentation:
Own the experimentation roadmap by launching and scaling A/B tests across landing pages, ad copy, and email workflows to maximize conversion rates. Optimize Unit Economics:
Manage and report on critical growth levers including CAC, LTV, and ROAS, ensuring marketing dollars are spent efficiently to drive ROI. Lifecycle & Retention:
Partner with Product and Sales to build automated onboarding sequences, email nurtures, and re‑engagement loops that drive user activation and long‑term retention. Data & MarTech Ownership:
Manage the marketing technology stack and CRM integration to ensure data integrity, lead quality forecasting, and lead‑to‑revenue tracking. Master Content & Social:
Develop a strong social media presence and content strategy that positions CommanderAI as the thought leader in waste and recycling tech. Scale the Brand:
Manage all aspects of our digital presence, ensuring our messaging is sharp, consistent, and focused on real‑world ROI and outcomes. Collaborate to Win:
Partner closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure marketing collateral and lead handoffs are seamless. Bring the Market Inside:
Relay feedback, objections, and feature requests from the market to leadership and product to help shape the roadmap. What you’ve done
Experience:
2
years in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS. Full-Stack Marketing:
Proven track record managing SEO, SEM, PPC, Email, and Social Media with a heavy focus on lead generation. B2B Specialist:
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, particularly for operations‑heavy industries. Process & CRM Minded:
You live in a Marketing and CRM, keep your data clean, and can forecast your business with reasonable accuracy. Rapid, Self-Starter:
You don’t need hand‑holding; you show up prepared and run your area like a business. Strong Communicator:
Ability to simplify complex AI tech into practical, non‑hype terms for owners and GMs. Why CommanderAI
Category Momentum:
Waste and recycling is modernizing fast, and you’ll help define the dominant platform in the space. Real‑World Impact:
You’re helping haulers win business, grow routes, and create jobs. Ground‑Floor Seat:
Join a tight, high‑caliber, fast‑paced team early, help shape the playbook, and grow as we scale. Equal Opportunity
