Regional Property Manager: Commercial, Medical Office Portfolio

A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced commercial property manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a regional medical office portfolio throughout several states. The property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, reporting, AP/AR, and budgeting. The position is based in Middletown, NJ, with travel to properties, locally and out of state, as needed.

Requirements

Minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of property management experience with commercial office, medical, or retail properties.

Strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, and problem‑solving skills.

Team player able to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent attention to detail and capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, often meeting strict deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and courteous, customer‑service‑oriented manner.

Microsoft Office proficiency required, with a strong focus on Excel; Yardi and AVID knowledge is a plus.
