Position Overview The Commercial Property Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance coordination, financial performance, and tenant relationships for a portfolio of commercial properties. The role ensures operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and alignment with ownership objectives. This position combines property operations, vendor management, budgeting, and tenant communication responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Maintenance
Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
Manage vendors, contractors, and service agreements
Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
Tenant Relations
Serve as primary point of contact for commercial tenants
Address maintenance requests and tenant concerns
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease-related matters
Support tenant retention initiatives
Financial & Budget Management
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets
Review invoices and approve expenses
