Role Description If you've never thought of selling cars because the car business is just not for you, then you have found something different here. Maverick doesn't have sales people; we have Client Advisors because we believe we are the business of building lasting relationships and doing good vs just selling another car. If you've got experience selling cars in other places this job is definitely different. This is not the high‑pressure profit‑at‑all‑costs job. We are seeking a motivated and talented candidate for our Not Your Typical Car Sales role. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in the Boise Metropolitan Area. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the car purchasing process, and ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will assist in automotive sales, consult on customer needs, and provide exceptional service to contribute to our lasting reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Dedication to building lasting client relationships before and after the sale
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and team‑oriented mindset
Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
