A rapidly scaling AI-driven fintech company, fresh off a significant growth financing round, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its VP of Sales. The firm operates at the intersection of finance and advanced technology, serving leading institutions across investment banking, private equity, and asset management. International expansion is underway, and the organization is entering a meaningful phase of scale. This is a high-impact role supporting a senior commercial leader with extensive external engagement across the finance ecosystem. The position requires far more than calendar management. It calls for judgment, structure, and proactive partnership. The Opportunity
The Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic right hand to the VP of Sales, ensuring his time, preparation, and priorities are managed with precision. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a complex, high-volume calendar across internal stakeholders and senior external executives Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics Preparing briefing materials and ensuring meeting readiness Owning expense management and administrative reporting Acting as thoughtful gatekeeper and prioritization partner Tracking follow-ups, commitments, and key initiatives Providing occasional light personal support The ideal candidate anticipates needs before they surface, creates structure where it does not yet exist, and operates with discretion and polish. Candidate Profile
Prior experience supporting a VP of Sales, CRO, or similarly senior commercial leader strongly preferred Background in finance or experience supporting finance-facing executives is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage up with confidence and sound judgment Exceptional organizational rigor and attention to detail Poised communicator capable of representing senior leadership externally Comfortable building process in a fast-moving, scaling environment This role is best suited for someone motivated by ownership, high standards, and proximity to senior leadership decision-making.
