Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at Bitdefender, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and customer lifetime value across Bitdefender’s digital properties.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, B2C Conversion Optimization, you will own the execution and scaling of experimentation initiatives, translating data and user insights into impactful tests while ensuring a consistent, customer-centric experience across the full journey. This role combines hands‑on experimentation with cross‑functional leadership and is a key contributor to Bitdefender’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities Experimentation & Optimization (Core Ownership)

Own the end‑to‑end execution of CRO initiatives, from insight discovery to test launch, analysis, and rollout

Generate, document, and prioritize testing hypotheses in alignment with the CRO roadmap defined by the Senior Manager, CRO

Design and run A/B, multivariate, and personalization experiments across web, mobile, and in‑product journeys

Ensure statistical rigor, test quality, and reliable interpretation of results

Drive successful test outcomes into scalable, production‑ready implementations

Insights & Research

Identify behavioral patterns and friction points using quantitative and qualitative data

Plan and execute user research initiatives (surveys, usability tests, interviews) as needed

Translate insights into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics

Continuously monitor funnel performance and conversion KPIs

Collaboration & Dependencies Partner closely with:

UX/UI teams for design exploration and usability improvements

Engineering teams for test implementation and rollout feasibility

Analytics & Data teams for tracking, measurement, and data validation

Marketing and Product stakeholders to align experiments with campaign and product objectives

Align experimentation priorities and learnings with the Senior Manager, CRO

Act as the primary CRO point of contact for assigned business areas or regions

Reporting & Communication

Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on experiment performance and business impact

Clearly communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders

Maintain experiment documentation and contribute to shared knowledge repositories

Support the Senior Manager, CRO in evangelizing a test‑and‑learn culture

What You Bring Experience & Skills

5+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, growth, product analytics, or experimentation

Demonstrated success improving conversion rate, revenue, and CLV in an online environment

Strong hands‑on experience with A/B and multivariate testing

Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)

Solid understanding of inferential statistics and experimentation best practices

Working knowledge of AI‑powered optimization and analytics tools, including the ability to leverage AI for insight generation, hypothesis development, personalization, and experimentation acceleration

Experience working with subscription or SaaS business models

Fluency in Business English; German, French, or Spanish is a plus
