
Marketing Coordinator

A privately held retail real estate company that specializes in industrial, office and build projects across the US is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator in Irvine! Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate Development, or Financial Services industry experience preferred.
This is an IN OFFICE, ONSITE Role
Key Responsibilities
Social media content gathering/generation/posting
Keeping a monthly social media calendar and yearly social media strategy
Research competitors' social media content to stay competitive
Develop presentations/content at the request of local offices, internal teams, and executives
Annual business plans
RFP/RFQ requests
Updating about/why collateral
Manage the company's ShareFile platform
Keep current marketing collateral current and up to date
Manage scheduling and logistical arrangements for conferences
Shipping/receiving for the booth, swag, and all other conference-related items
Ensure all attendees have been registered and have appropriate accommodations
Assist in the preparation of press releases, quarterly newsletters, blog articles, and email campaigns
Including quarterly email newsletter, blog posts in accordance with the sponsorship contract, and any email marketing initiatives
Build out and maintain a project photography database in accordance with local offices
Assist in holiday gifting coordination for local offices
Gift sourcing and shipping
Event Coordination
Content generation surrounding the events and the year-long marketing campaign
Scheduling for the general session speakers
Scheduling for gala entertainment and coordination
Manage RSVP captures
Guest categorizing
Guest follow-up
Handle guest experience elements
Manage event lead-up communications
Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency according to the budget
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing software
Intermediate skill level in Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
Superior organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A creative mindset, genuine enthusiasm for the marketing field, and an eagerness to further develop professional expertise.
