Solar Module Sales Manager

We are seeking a Solar Sales Manager to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed company revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead solar module sales expansion in the U.S. market

Utilize existing industry resources and client networks to drive business growth

Conduct high-level commercial negotiations and close strategic accounts

Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets

Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred

Must have proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry

Must possess established industry resources and customer networks

Strong track record in closing deals and managing key accounts

Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities

Preferred locations: NY, FL, TX, CO, IL, SC, VA

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
