as they expand their San Francisco office.

AI‑powered HR software platform focused on workflow automation
Scaling internationally and now building out the US market
Partnered with major fintech and enterprise brands
The product acts as an AI operations layer for HR teams — automating repetitive admin, handling internal employee queries, and sitting on top of existing HR systems to make them smarter and more efficient. Rather than replacing legacy systems, it enhances and optimises them.
Role Overview
Founding US sales hire responsible for building pipeline from scratch
Heavy outbound focus targeting 500–5,000 employee companies
Selling into HR leaders, People teams, Finance & transformation decision‑makers
True hunter role with ownership and influence on how the US go‑to‑market motion is built
Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $80 K–$110 K base up to $150 K OTE + equity
Qualifications
Outbound SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
Comfortable cold calling and generating own pipeline
Thrives in startup / high‑growth environments
