
Executive Business Partner To CEO

We integrate directly with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality testing solutions across automation, manual testing, performance, security, and AI-driven QA.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
You will operate as the CEO’s execution partner — increasing leverage, protecting focus, and ensuring strategic priorities move forward.
Your mandate: build and run the operating structure around the CEO so time, decisions, and follow-through align with company goals.
Responsibilities Inbox and Communication
Triage and prioritize CEO communication.
Draft responses and independently handle routine categories.
Escalate high judgment matters appropriately.
Calendar and Priority Enforcement
Architect and protect weekly structure.
Align meetings with strategic objectives.
Decline or redirect low-leverage requests.
Prepare briefing materials.
Capture decisions and action items.
Maintain accountability tracking across leadership.
Strategic Support
Prepare customer and partner briefings.
Track key initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional follow-through.
Required Qualifications
5+ years supporting a C-level executive (CEO preferred).
Tech, software, or professional services environment.
Exceptional written communication and discretion.
Strong judgment and ability to enforce priorities.
Systems thinker who creates clarity from complexity.

CEO time focused on customers, strategy, and leadership.
Clear execution rhythm across the leadership team.
High trust and delegated authority.
Hybrid (Pleasanton-based; regular in-person collaboration required).
High-trust, high-accountability leadership setting.
Direct partnership with CEO.
Salary Range
$110,000 - $130,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
