
Senior Analyst, eCommerce Business Analytics

Job Description
The eCommerce Business Analytics team is an integral part of the eCommerce & Customer Marketing team. This individual will collaborate with key cross‑functional partners to improve the strategy, insights, and analytics and work to integrate important analytical projects into the business.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Analyze overall business health performance, acquire a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, and provide detailed performance insights to cross‑functional teams to drive the business. Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning.
Help with process improvement to ensure manual reporting and monitoring are being actioned and driving performance in market.
Participate in cross‑functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce analytics. Ability to influence will be instrumental, as well as attention to detail.
Creating appropriate documentation and training that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications and develop policies for data governance.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
3+ years proven experience in Data Science, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field. Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
Leadership skills to manage project from beginning to end without the need for oversight.
Advanced in Excel and ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets. Technical proficiency in SQL, R, Python preferred.
Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to tell a story, leveraging data and insights.
Ability to think strategically about the information that will help stakeholders make data‑driven business decisions and to communicate the value of this information effectively.
Comfort with unstructured data.
New Hire Base Salary Range $89,800.00 - $112,200.00
Bonus This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
