This role supports the Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Architecture in driving the day-to-day measurement strategy and communicating results. This individual is directly responsible for driving eCommerce Brand and Merchandising team analytics and insights. This position also assists with strategic, cross-functional initiatives.

Translate business reporting needs from eCommerce Brand and Merchandising team into analytics measurement requirements and develop ad-hoc reports / performance dashboards
Setup, configure, and debug clickstream data collection leveraging tag management solutions for site analytics / reporting platforms
Coordinate with Brand team, Product Teams, Developers, UX, Marketing and QA on reporting / measurement strategy for company initiatives, A/B testing, personalization, etc.
Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Support strategic initiatives across all business channels
Support the company’s mission and goals, including applicable key performance indicators (KPIs)

Analyst or ad tech experience with tag management solutions
Strong analytic skills with ability to learn new concepts and software applications quickly and efficiently
Self-starter with ability to manage to and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled problem solver
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources

3+ years previous experience in eCommerce, digital media or equivalent
2+ years previous experience in iOS App development or tag management solutions
Experience with native iOS app development (Swift) strongly preferred
