4:30 PM (1-hour lunch, in-office required) Tuesday

Monday must be in office . Total: Approximately 2224 hours per week. Position Overview

This role supports both office operations and marketing efforts. You'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians in the field, and office systems

while also managing important marketing and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Community Outreach Create, schedule, and maintain social media posts Monitor and respond to comments and messages Assist with basic content coordination Manage our "Welcome to the Neighborhood" direct mail campaign, including: Preparing and mailing weekly outreach letters Organizing mailing lists Coordinating printed materials (letters, trifolds, business cards) Tracking outreach consistency Customer Communication Answer incoming calls professionally Route calls appropriately Provide basic information to customers Administrative Support Scan receipts and maintain digital filing systems Organize documentation Maintain clean and accurate records Field Support Assist technicians with scheduling or customer issues while they are in the field Communicate clearly between office and techs Help resolve minor service concerns quickly and professionally Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is: Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator (phone, email, and text) Able to multitask and prioritize effectively Professional and dependable Comfortable working independently Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, social media management tools, or bookkeeping software is a plus.
