We are seeking a
Product Marketing Manager
to lead the promotion of our
Bridge-IC solutions , which aggregates data streams from peripherals such as image sensors, displays (OLED), microphones, and speakers into a single USB interface, and our
Time-fo-Flight (ToF) 3D sensing solutions , which generates 3D image by emitting IR laser light and measure its return time. The Bridge-IC and TOF solutions recently got great attention from the industry leading companies due to their uniqueness and optimized architecture. This roll will focus on expanding market share in key applications such as robotics, automotive, and smart homes, with a primary emphasis on XR devices. You will develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with R&D and sales teams to accelerate business growth, enabling a smarter, more connected world for our customers. Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for Bridge-IC and ToF image sensor and for America market aligning with business objectives. Define product positioning and promotion planning for target segments and customers. Establish collaborations with major brand manufacturers, solution providers, software vendors and chipset vendors, create joint marketing opportunities and drive strategic partnership. Lead efforts to secure design wins in collaboration with sales and FAEs. Build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Provide sales teams and sales partners with the necessary marketing tools and support to enhance their efforts and meet sales targets. Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Utilize internal resources to set product strategy, roadmap development and product definition for next generation products. Develop product marketing strategies include pricing, advertising, product launching, company website management, and product handouts. Some International travel may be required. Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in related industries (particularly in signal processing ICs such as DSPs and ISPs, and high-speed interfaces such as USB and DisplayPort). In-depth knowledge of ToF/Depth/image sensors and image processing chips. Better understanding and experiences on SOC and MCU type of products. Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business related stakeholders. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects. Proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships. Japanese fluency is a plus but not required.
