Position Summary We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow market share by developing and servicing retail automotive customers throughout the assigned territory. This role is focused on expanding relationships with
auto parts stores, tire retailers, repair shops, and automotive service centers .
The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and building long-term retail partnerships while delivering measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new retail customers through proactive prospecting and cold calling
Service and retain existing retail accounts including:
Auto parts stores
Tire shops
Automotive repair facilities
Performance and accessory retailers
Conduct regular in-person sales visits across the territory
Present product lines, promotions, and merchandising opportunities
Accurately manage CRM data, customer activity, and pipeline tracking
Generate quotes and process sales orders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within retail accounts
Track territory performance and execute growth strategies
Qualifications
Must be
21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Proven cold calling and retail account development experience
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
CRM and sales order entry experience
Auto parts or automotive aftermarket industry experience is a plus
Preferred Attributes
Hunter mentality with strong closing ability
Organized and disciplined with follow-up
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Performance-driven and competitive
