Double currently helps thousands of bookkeepers and accountants manage the books for startups and small businesses across the US, and soon we will be bringing that magic to internal accounting teams that do not outsource their accounting work, in what we call our corporate close sales motion.

What You'll Do Your job is to prospect and close accountants on Double's platform.

Here's what that looks like on a day-to-day basis:

Convert inbound leads into closed won deals

Identify and do cold outreach to prospects via email, cold calling, and LinkedIn messages

Run discovery calls, demo calls, free trial calls, and additional meetings with prospects to close deals

Work with Customer Success to ensure new prospects are successfully onboarded and expand

Communicate feature blockers to the product team

Develop a keen understanding of Double's product and why people buy it

Here's some additional info about the role:

OTE ranges from $110 - 150K, depending on your level of experience

Uncapped Commission, where our top AEs are making ~$230K annually

Fully remote position with a few weeks of travel every year for events and team off-sites

Full cycle AE motion where you are prospecting, doing discovery, showing demos of our solution over Zoom with the camera on in all meetings, and closing deals

Reps close 3 - 8 deals a week, our MM team's average ACV is $9,000 and our SMB Team's average ACV is $2,800

Monthly quotas range from $40K to $50K ARR

Requirements

For this position, we are looking for candidates with a strong

background in the accounting industry , as a CPA running the month-end close, or someone who has sold SaaS to accountants.

You already understand the pains and challenges of running a month-end close, including those associated with ledgers like QBO, Xero, NetSuite, etc.

You write and speak clearly and concisely

You love the accounting industry and want to help accountants get their work done more efficiently.

You are fast and efficient at working on a computer
