Sales Representative – Healthcare IT
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive new business growth in the healthcare sector. This role focuses on selling healthcare services and technology solutions, including Clinical Documentation, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Remote Patient Monitoring, EMR/EHR systems, and Practice Management software.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong B2B and software sales experience who can manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within clinics and hospitals
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Develop customized proposals and respond to RFPs/government tenders
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets
Manage client relationships across multiple accounts and geographies
Stay informed about healthcare market trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B and/or software sales experience
Healthcare or IT industry experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience with CRM software and sales performance tracking
Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership
Compensation & Work Details
Commission-based compensation structure
Up to 25% travel required
Work setting: In-person and remote (clinics and hospitals)
