Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director

Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director The Village of Manteno, in partnership with the Manteno Chamber of Commerce, is seeking a full-time Marketing & Community Relations Director / Executive Director. This role oversees marketing, public relations, community engagement, and special event planning to strengthen the Village's presence and support local initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Experience in special event planning and community outreach

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern office equipment

Valid Illinois driver's license

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute Village and Chamber events

Manage marketing campaigns, public relations, and communications

Supervise volunteers and maintain event databases

Assist with budget planning and annual marketing plan

Promote community engagement and strengthen local partnerships
