
Project Director LSW

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale LSW projects from planning through execution. This role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Position Responsibilities Project Leadership & Strategy
Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives.
Ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive project success.
Risk & Performance Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Prerequisites
Proven experience leading large-scale projects, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
