Project Director LSW

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale LSW projects from planning through execution. This role requires strategic oversight, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure project delivery meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive project success.

Risk & Performance Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Prerequisites

• Proven experience leading large-scale projects, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
