Experience coordinating integration-heavy work across enterprise systems (APIs, file-based interfaces, reporting, data migration, cutover planning, and audit controls).
Direct involvement in ERP evaluation or modernization decisioning, even if not the technical architect.
Bonus if having
Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) ecosystems and common downstream impacts (finance, procurement, HR, asset processes).
Familiarity with NEOGOV or similar HR/workforce workflow platforms.
ERP Evaluation Experience
Has run or co-led structured ERP evaluations: discovery, future-state capabilities, requirements, scoring, vendor demos, reference checks, and recommendation writing.
