
Senior Marketing Coordinator

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to ensure the effective execution of our marketing plans. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily oversight of all brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, and customer research activities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage our external agencies/vendors to ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently and effectively to achieve our overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in executing marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Brand Management
Managing brand activities
Ensuring brand consistency
Implement the established marketing plan across channels
Coordinate day-to-day campaigns and deliverables
Track timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
Report progress and insights to the CRO
Marketing Communications (Marcom)
Managing Marcom activities
Managing marketing materials creation
Planning & executing physical events (trade shows/customer events)
Planning & executing industry & association advertising
Planning & executing social media messaging
Managing public relations activities
Digital Marketing
Managing website for SEO & UX
Managing PPC advertising
Managing email marketing
Gathering, analyzing, and distributing customer feedback
Conducting competitor market research
Celebrating team achievements
Measuring & Reporting
Tracking marketing budgets
Measuring marketing ROI
Preparing reports/presentations of performance
Proven track record of success in executing marketing plans effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for learning and applying new technologies to solve problems - especially AI

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing
3+ years of experience working in HubSpot or a directly related CRM
General understanding and experience in Google Ads, Analytics, and other marketing platforms
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
Physical Requirements:
Communicate with others and exchange accurate information
Ability to freely move about inside and outside of the office and other environments
Ability to lift, move, and position loads up to 25 pounds
Ability to travel as needed in support of events and other initiatives
