Job Description
Serve as a key member of the Marketing team responsible for coordinating firmwide events
Independently manage all pre-, during-, and post-event logistics for client events of varying size, type, and format
Oversee venue sourcing, contracting, registration, client communications, and onsite coordination
Manage multiple event workstreams within established timelines and budgets
Maintain detailed invitation and registration tracking systems and manage event pages
Track event metrics and provide comprehensive post-event follow-up reporting
Establish and cultivate relationships with hotels, restaurants, and third-party vendors
Partner cross-functionally, including with Compliance, to ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements
Ensure event format, venue, and execution align with brand standards and business objectives
Identify and implement industry best practices to improve productivity and effectiveness
Travel domestically and internationally as needed and work non-traditional hours based on event schedules
Requirements / Qualifications
3+ years of professional event execution experience, ideally within high-profile organizations; financial services experience preferred
Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Strong process and systems management capabilities
Professional, polished demeanor with the ability to interface confidently with diverse stakeholders
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Strong business judgment and understanding of client/end‑user experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive problem-solving ability with critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent, ON24, and Pardot preferred
Experience managing room blocks and travel preferred
Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required
