
Marketing Coordinator

The Role: Coordinating Marketing Strategy and Execution As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing marketing materials, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the marketing team with data, planning, and execution. Your primary responsibilities include:
Creating, editing, and optimizing marketing materials and content
Managing the marketing calendar and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies for creative and technical deliverables
Supporting digital marketing efforts including website, social media, and email campaigns
Maintaining CRM systems and leveraging customer data for targeted outreach
Assisting with trade shows, client events, and internal communications
Monitoring marketing activity and reporting on performance and ROI
Core Competencies Success in this role requires creativity, organization, and strong communication skills. We’re looking for a professional who demonstrates:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, journalism, or bulk material handling industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with CRM systems and marketing data
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with manufacturing environments
Experience working with marketing and advertising agencies
Bilingual capabilities
Background in customer and market research
