Compensation
$65,000+ at plan
Note - Short Assessment must be completed within 24-48 hours after submission of the application to take into consideration.
Responsibilities
Guide clients through the home‑buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Utilize our lead systems to identify and engage potential buyers, maximizing opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful transactions.
Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate advice.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a focus on buyer representation.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying process.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage offers, inspections, and contracts.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools to efficiently handle client interactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and professional service.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team‑oriented setting.
