Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET (Remote)
Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET (In Office)
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET (In Office)
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET (In Office)
Role Overview In addition to standard Service Desk responsibilities, this role will include light desktop support duties such as:
Imaging and provisioning new devices
Shipping hardware to new hires
Basic hardware repair and troubleshooting
Candidate Requirements
Strong combination of technical and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving experience
Experience handling high‑impact issues and collaborating with teams, vendors, and end users
Familiarity with Windows 11, device imaging, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation (one week per month) and assist with holiday coverage
Desire to learn and grow within the role
Other Information
8 Analysts on the team
2-3 years of basic Service Desk experience
Will handle phone calls and walk‑ins
Good basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting (uninstall/reinstall)
Good understanding of how to communicate with vendors, users and members of the department

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
