What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop business plans that align with assigned territory and customer needs

Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users

Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including negotiations and closing processes

Foster a deep understanding of the territory, including customers, prospects, partners, and competitors

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or software solutions

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field

Experience in identity security or related technology industries

Previous experience working with partners and managing channel sales

Strong understanding of competitive landscape, particularly Microsoft and Okta

Ability to effectively engage with all levels of a customer’s organization
