What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory

Provide tailored solutions to customer inquiries and maintain high customer service standards

Lead technical resources in demonstrating the advantages of the employer's solutions to customers

Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, presentations, and negotiations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively engage with customers and partners at all organizational levels

Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Experience in selling identity security solutions or related technologies

Strong understanding of competitive landscape, including Microsoft and Okta

Previous experience working in a team-oriented sales environment
