Collections Specialist

We are looking for a Collections Specialist who is responsible for contacting customers with outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring the timely collection of payments owed to our company, while adhering to legal guidelines.
Collections Specialist Roles And Responsibilities Key Measurements, and Compliance
Identifying overdue accounts.
Contacting customers.
Negotiating payment plans (when necessary).
Handling customer inquiries.
Skip tracing.
Maintaining records.
Reporting
Compliance with regulations
Necessary Experience And Skill Set
3+ year(s) of collections experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks® a plus
Formal Education/Training
High school diploma/GED

Salary: $24 - $26 per hour
