We are a rapidly growing beverage company operating in one of the most dynamic and disruptive segments of the adult beverage industry, hemp-derived THC beverages. As consumer preferences continue shifting toward alcohol alternatives, retailers are actively seeking compliant, premium products that drive repeat purchase and strong margins. Our portfolio was built specifically for retail execution, compliance-first, premium-positioned, and designed for long-term velocity. We work closely with retail partners and distributors to build sustainable distribution — not short-term placements. Our strategy is rooted in disciplined field execution, strong reorder rates, and long-term brand equity. We are expanding our field sales team and hiring across multiple experience levels. We are building a high-performance field sales organization and are currently hiring: Entry-level sales professionals looking to grow Mid-level beverage/CPG reps ready to own a territory Senior beverage alcohol veterans who can build and scale markets This is a territory-based, field-driven role focused on: Opening new retail accounts Executing in-store merchandising and displays Owning revenue growth within your market Depending on your experience level, this role may involve: Building distribution from scratch Scaling and optimizing an established territory Leading high-value retail accounts Contributing to state expansion strategy We are looking for individuals who want ownership — not just a job. We are seeking candidates who are: Self-motivated and performance-driven Comfortable with in-person, field-based selling Organized in territory and pipeline management Accountable to revenue targets Professional in presentation and communication Resilient and comfortable with rejection Experience Guidelines (Flexible Based on Level): 1–3 years sales experience (entry-level growth role) 3–6 years beverage alcohol / CPG experience (territory manager level) 7+ years beverage alcohol experience (senior / market builder level) Strong preference for candidates with liquor retail or distributor relationships.
