What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with Sales to structure complex and non‑standard deals, including pricing strategies and discounting
Recommend deal structures that maintain revenue integrity while addressing customer needs
Identify and propose mitigation strategies for commercial, operational, and revenue risks within deals
Provide data‑driven guidance and scenario modeling for negotiations and decision‑making
Manage end‑to‑end deal review and execution in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy in quotes and contracts
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations within a SaaS business
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Quote‑to‑Cash and CPQ / Revenue Cloud
Demonstrated commercial acumen in pricing, discounting, and deal‑structure trade‑offs
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Prior customer‑facing experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Commercial Operations is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting complex deal constructs such as ramps, renewals, and non‑standard terms
Exposure to billing systems, subscription management, renewal operations, or revenue recognition concepts
Experience modeling and comparing deal scenarios to support pricing and negotiation decisions
