Chasen Creative Media is looking for a motivated

Beauty Account Executive, 360 (PR & Influencer)

to join our NYC HQ.

Location: Full time at our NYC HQ, Monday–Thursday in office, Fridays remote

Experience: 3+ years full-time working experience in beauty PR and/or influencer marketing. Agency experience required. Must have access to reliable transportation.

Who Should Consider Applying? We’re looking for a collaborative, culturally plugged-in Account Executive (360) who thrives at the intersection of traditional media relations, influencer marketing, and beauty culture. This role is ideal for someone who understands how earned media and creator partnerships work together to build modern brand visibility.

Ideal candidates will have:

3+ years of agency experience in beauty PR, influencer marketing, or integrated communications

Experience pitching and securing traditional media coverage across beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment outlets

Strong familiarity with both media and influencer landscapes as well as platforms

Experience creating media lists, influencer lists, and targeted outreach strategies

Proven ability to support campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting

Confidence participating in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables simultaneously

Deep understanding of beauty trends, industry conversations, and cultural moments

Experience working with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems

Analytical mindset with ability to track placements, campaign performance, and ROI

A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail

Creative thinker who contributes fresh story angles, campaign ideas, and press opportunities

Professional, collaborative team presence with strong communication skills

Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, media, influencers, and partners

Bonus Qualifications:

Existing relationships with beauty editors, writers, stylists, and influencers

Experience with beauty awards submissions and press previews

Familiarity with media monitoring and influencer analytics platforms

Experience supporting experiential activations or influencer events

General Responsibilities:

Work cohesively and supportively alongside internal teams across PR, influencer, and experiential divisions

Maintain and grow relationships with beauty editors, journalists, stylists, and influencers

Participate in client communications and meetings in a professional, confident, and solutions-oriented manner

Support client relationships by delivering high-quality work on deadline while managing expectations

Monitor media, influencer, and cultural trends to identify timely opportunities

Contribute creative ideas, story angles, and campaign concepts across accounts

Assist in developing integrated communications strategies combining earned media and influencer activations

Escalate client needs and priorities to senior team members when appropriate

Public Relations Responsibilities:

Build and maintain targeted media lists across beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment verticals

Draft and execute media pitching to secure meaningful press coverage

Create pitch grids, timelines, and outreach trackers

Support development of press strategies and campaign narratives

Coordinate and execute press previews, editor deskside, and media events

Manage product mailings and press send-outs

Submit clients for beauty awards and editorial opportunities

Track and monitor media coverage and compile press reports

Assist in developing visually compelling PR recaps and reporting materials

Influencer & Creator Responsibilities:

Support influencer campaigns through list building, outreach assistance, and coordination

Develop influencer seeding lists and assist with mailer execution

Help manage influencer briefs, timelines, and campaign logistics

Track influencer coverage and monitor performance

Assist in building influencer campaign recaps and reporting decks

Support influencer and experiential events from planning through execution

Stay informed on creator trends, viral moments, and platform updates

Team & Workflow Responsibilities:

Maintain organized action item lists and project trackers

Collaborate closely with account teams to ensure seamless execution across PR and influencer initiatives

Help foster a positive, communicative, and collaborative work environment

Manage deadlines and prioritize deliverables across multiple accounts

Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all workstreams
