We’re currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Event Marketing Assistants, helping us execute dynamic outreach events across the Fresno area and beyond.
Position Summary As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of in-person events that represent our nonprofit partners. You’ll be on the front lines engaging with the public, spreading awareness about meaningful causes, and contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns.
This is an entry-level role with growth potential — ideal for someone eager to develop skills in event coordination, brand promotion, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit clients at community events and marketing activations
Promote partner missions and programs to generate interest and support
Assist in organizing event logistics, including setup, signage, and materials
Engage with event attendees and provide clear, compelling information
Support the marketing team in tracking performance and feedback
Help ensure a professional and impactful presence at each event
Attend regular team trainings and contribute to campaign improvement ideas
Who You Are
A strong communicator with a friendly, professional presence
Outgoing and people-oriented — comfortable in face-to-face settings
Organized and dependable, with great attention to detail
Passionate about social causes, community involvement, or nonprofit work
Eager to learn new skills and grow within a supportive team
High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)
