Location: Jenkintown, Abington, Huntingdon Valley, Cheltenham, Dresher, Elkins Park, Flourtown, Fort Washington, Glenside, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Oreland, Willow Grove, Wyncote, Melrose Park, and Philadelphia.
Position Overview This is a
100% commission-based
role designed for a self-starter who thrives on networking, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, or senior living.
You will represent A Place At Home – Glenside in the community and develop strong referral partnerships throughout Eastern Montgomery County and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
Skilled nursing facilities & rehab centers
Hospitals & discharge planners
Assisted living communities
Independent living communities
Hospice agencies
Physicians’ offices
Social workers & case managers
Conduct in-person marketing visits and community outreach
Attend networking events and community functions
Track referral sources and maintain follow-up communication
Educate partners on:
Private Pay Home Care
VA Benefits
Medicaid Waivers (ACT 150 & OBRA)
Long-Term Care Insurance
Meet and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals
Compensation
100% Commission-Based
High earning potential (uncapped)
Competitive percentage per closed case
Bonuses available for performance milestones
Flexible schedule

Qualifications
Experience in healthcare marketing preferred (home care, hospice, rehab, senior services)
Established referral relationships a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
