A leading New York–based Investment Management firm is seeking a Compliance Specialist to serve as a key gatekeeper and advisor for all marketing and sales communications. This is a high-visibility role focused specifically on

About You
3–5+ years of Financial Services / Compliance experience
Direct experience reviewing and approving
advertising, marketing, and sales materials
within an asset manager or broker-dealer
Strong working knowledge of SEC and FINRA advertising rules
Series 7 and 24 licenses required
Confident communicator who can provide clear, practical compliance guidance to business partners
