Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Wedding and Events Sales Professional located at Sweet Heart Winery in Loveland, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing inquiries, and coordinating sales for weddings and events hosted at the winery. Additional responsibilities include creating proposals, building strong client relationships, conducting site tours, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and the events team. You will also collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service to clients throughout the planning process.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Event Planning
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Organizational abilities, Attention to Detail, and Time Management Skills
Experience with Contract Negotiation and Proposal Development
Proficiency in using Event Management Software and related tools
Ability to work onsite in Loveland, CO, including evenings and weekends as needed
Previous experience in event sales or the hospitality industry is a plus
Self-motivated attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences
