Job Summary
This Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support a major enterprise-wide ERP consolidation project for Ferguson's Own Brand division. All eight brands are migrating into one unified ERP, and the candidate will work on both: The core ERP migration project, and Multiple dependent spin-off projects (data structure changes, data mapping, creation of datasets, validation work, etc.)
This role is hands-on, with a large emphasis on:
Validating requirements
System configuration support
Data mapping / data structure work
Testing coordination
Cross-functional collaboration
Duties and Responsibilities:
Validate existing requirements (some written 12+ months ago).
Support implementation of ERP, PIM/PXM, and related digital platforms.
Assist with creating/modifying product data structures, mappings, and datasets.
Work closely with senior BSAs, product owners, architects, developers, product managers, marketing, etc.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (main project is Agile; some sub-projects may vary).
Conduct hands-on configuration/testing activities.
Solve data related problems and propose workable solutions.
Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, decision-changing environment
Required Skills
BSA or Product Development-adjacent Experience (5+ years preferred).
Experience from manufacturing, product lifecycle, product development, or similar adjacent areas is highly transferable and equally acceptable.
Candidates must understand how manufactured products move through lifecycle, data flows, and digital systems.
Candidate must have worked in at least one of the following (more is ideal):
ERP (any major platform - e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
PIM/PXM tools (e.g., Salsify or similar systems)
They must be able to clearly articulate which platforms they've used and what they did within them.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Experience working with GS1/UPC management, regulatory data, or product lifecycle data
Familiarity with large datasets or complex digital product catalogs.

Work Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 8 am-5pm EST
