LayerZero is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central analyst to serve as the Business Central functional authority for the organization. This role is responsible for configuring and optimizing the ERP platform in support of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality processes.

The Senior ERP Analyst will work in close partnership with an experienced Business Central developer and IT leadership to ensure that the ERP system delivers reliable, scalable, efficient, and effective solutions that align with company goals. The Analyst will participate in all stages of the ERP life cycle: initial implementation and go-live, production operations, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

Serve as the functional lead for system upgrades, customizations, and integrations Define and maintain ERP standards for master data, configuration, and governance Partner with IT leadership to build and maintain the Enterprise Systems Roadmap

Process Expertise

Collaborate with business stakeholders to document and refine workflows across manufacturing, finance, inventory, planning, procurement, and quality Drive continuous improvement in ERP workflows by identifying operational pain points, system inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation Develop and maintain extensive system testing scripts and scenarios covering workflows across the organization

System Configuration

Configure Business Central modules, workflows, rules, parameters, and roles to support functional requirements Create customization specifications when standard Business Central features do not fully support business needs Proactively identify and address system issues via reports and system monitoring

Training and Adoption

Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for system configuration and procedures Develop a Key User network across the company to promote system adoption and scalable support operations. Conduct Key User training and train-the-trainer sessions for system upgrades, customizations, and integrations

Operational Support

Support ERP go-live activities, including update planning, data migration, testing, and validation Provide tier 2+ support for Business Central issues

Qualifications Required

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 3+ years of experience supporting Business Central in a manufacturing environment Experience supporting ERP go-live activities and system upgrades

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Technical certifications, especially MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant). Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Salary Description

$85,000 to $135,000.00
