Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst specializing in General Ledger, Commitment Control (KK), and Accounts Payable. Responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements and designs, configuring and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM functionality, coordinating development and testing, and guiding change management to ensure successful ERP outcomes. This position is hybrid and not fully remote. Candidates must be based in the Houston area, as relocation assistance is not provided. Only individuals authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered. Job Type: Full-Time/Contract * this role is a 6-month assignment. Job Location: Houston, TX 77002 * must be located in the Houston area. Job Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm - Hybrid * hybrid schedule will be determined by direct supervisor. This role requires a professional skilled in functional support and configuration of PeopleSoft FSCM modules. Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, preferably in GL/KK/AP modules. Strong business process understanding and ability to translate functional requirements into detailed specifications. Excellent communication skills with both business and development staff. Preference: Experience with Integration Broker, Workflow, and SQL. Role and Responsibilities

Follow structured project management guidelines. Design:
Develop high-level conceptual design process flows and application process flow diagrams. Feasibility Assessment:
Evaluate business requests and determine alignment with organizational goals. Liaison Role:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developer resources. Testing:
Create system test plans and test scenarios. Conduct testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionality meets business requirements. Change Management:
Support organizational change efforts related to ERP implementation and adoption. Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables
