About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing homes for the homeless and fostering a community rooted in service and faith. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for the organization's operations, financial management, and community impact. This role demands a deep understanding of and commitment to the company's Christ-centered values, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and embody these principles. The Executive Director will be the visible spokesperson, leading staff and the board in development, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include overseeing financial systems, ensuring IRS compliance, and contributing to the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's or MBA, and at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit or similar setting, particularly with a focus on homelessness. They should possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities. A rich personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian values are essential, as the Executive Director will be expected to model and promote a faithful walk with Christ in all aspects of their work.
