Southeastern United States

We are currently hiring a
traveling
Commercial Construction Superintendent for
ground‑up and tenant‑finish
work only performed in the southeastern United States. Travel is required and the work is performed within any of the 15 southern U.S. states in which we are licensed.
Experience We are looking for individuals with Commercial Construction Superintendent ground‑up experience only in the following project types:
Gas Stations
Retail
Automotive
Restaurant
Commercial Office
Financial Institutions
Job Description Commercial Construction Superintendent ensures the on‑time and on‑budget completion of assigned construction and new commercial development projects by managing construction, manpower, financial, safety, and reporting activities associated with the projects.
Key Responsibilities Excellent communication skills required. Weekly and daily reports are uploaded.
Salary $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year.

5 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience.
