We are partnering with a well-established large retail commercial property in Southwest Houston to hire an Assistant Property Manager. This is a direct hire, in-office role supporting a smaller, close-knit team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values stability, enjoys a steady work environment, and takes pride in keeping an office organized and welcoming.

About the Role You will support the Property Manager in the daily operations of a large retail commercial property with active business tenants. This is a highly visible position, as tenants frequently stop by the office. We are seeking someone who is warm, friendly, naturally welcoming, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

Lease administration and rent collection support

Accounts receivable and payable

Maintain organized tenant records and documentation

Coordinate maintenance requests

Keep the office organized and running smoothly

Serve as a welcoming presence for tenants and visitors

Qualifications

Experience working in commercial property management

Hands‑on experience with property management software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional communication skills

Consistent attendance and dependable work history
