Woodfield Country Club is looking for
Server Assistants
to join our team for another exciting season. The candidate will facilitate food service operations within each restaurant to deliver exceptional service. The server assistant is an exciting entry-level opportunity, responsible for all facets of secondary service, supporting the service staff, and maintaining the overall dining venues by performing the following duties.
Shift Details
Part-time & Full-time hours available, lunch and dinner shifts
Great for those seeking a flexible schedule
Must have availability for weekends & holidays
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen
Wipes table tops and chairs with damp cloth
Replaces soiled table linens, and sets tables with silverware and glassware
Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room
Serves ice water, bread, and butter to patrons
Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment such as coffee urns, cream, and milk dispensers
Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers
Sweeps and mops service carpets and floors when needed during business hours
Other duties may be assigned by manager
Requirements
Excellent service orientation
Excellent communication and service skills
Previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment, preferred
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
