About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a client in the nonprofit space to support a temporary Senior Benefits Coordinator need during a period of transition. The organization is seeking a benefits professional who can provide hands‑on support across open enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits administration in an onsite environment.
Job Description: Our client is seeking a Senior Benefits Coordinator to support day‑to‑day benefits operations, with a strong focus on open enrollment and vendor‑related activities. This role requires solid experience working within Paycom, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage benefits processes independently in a fast‑paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications
Manage benefits vendor billing, reconciliation, and issue resolution
Perform audits of benefits files to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with workers’ compensation and unemployment claims administration
Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation within Paycom
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely benefits support
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
Hands‑on experience using Paycom for benefits‑related processes including open enrollment
Background supporting open enrollment communications and employee inquiries
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication abilitiesOpportunity to support a collaborative HR team during a high‑visibility period
Exposure to benefits operations, vendor management, and compliance initiatives
Ongoing support from Addison Group throughout the assignment
